HomeMy WebLinkAbout1954 12-27 CCM Special SessionMinutes of the proceeding of the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, including all accounts audited by said Council December 27, 1954 The Village Council met in special session and called to order by Arthur Paulson, Mayor. The following members were present: Arthur Paulson, Wayne Gageby, Glen Sonnenberg, Allen Lindman and Paul Weekly. Motion made by Glen Sonnenberg and seconded by Wayne Gageby to accept the Wangsted final plat, subject to all the restrictions of the Platting Ordinance, and the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign same. Motion carried. Motion made by Glen Sonnenberg and seconded by Paul Weekly to transfer the following funds, due $115.85 1517.62 " 1ti53 -A Fund 816.50 11 It " 1954 -A Fund 150.00 from General Fund to Sanitary Sewer #1 " "" " Storm Sewer #1 " Storm Sewer #1 17,141.59- " Sanitary Sewer #1 2,845.56- rr rr " " 1953 -A Fund 9,560.54 " Sanitary Sewer #1 to General Fund 57.20 " Sanitary Sewer #1954 -A to General Fund 29.20 " Street Const. #1954 -A to General Fund 31.80 Sanitary Sewer 1954 -A to General Fund 374.90 " Liquor Fund to General Fund 479.93 All members voting in favor of this motion, nayes none, motion carried. Motion by Glen Sonnenberg and seconded by Wayne Gageby that the Brooklyn Center Fire Department be paid $1692.00 for services for the year 1954, the monies be paid from the Liquor Fund, and when money becomes available in the General Fund to be returned to the Liquor Fund.
