The clerk produced an ( affidavit showing publication of a notice of hearing on the improvement two weeks in the official newspaper of said village, the last publication being on they 12th day of June, 1952 which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory end ordered placed on file. The mayor then called upon all property owners present, either for or against said proposed inprovement-on Dupont Avenue North. The mayor then called upon all property owners present, either for or against said proposed improvement on Fremont Avenue north. The mayor then called upon all property owners present, either for or against said proposed improvement on Girard Avenue North. After hearing and considering each of said improvements and the property owners appearing to be in favor of each of mid improvements, then Trustee Wi t<3dabill introduced the Pollowl resolution e q �> A RESDLUTION ORDHRI SANITARY SEM aYSM IW R0V= W FOR DUPE NT # FRMNT AND GIRARD AVERS NORTH APPROVING PLANS AND SPEC IFICATIONS AND DIRECTING ADVERT FOR BIDS. BE IT RESMVED By the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: 1. It is hereby &termined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the village and the owners or property specially benef'itted thereby that a sanitary sever system shall be constructed between 53rd and 55th Avenues north on Dupont, Fremont and Girard Avenues North in accordance with Sections 412.401 to 412.481., Minnesota Statutes. 2. It is hereby determined that the proposed improveme being construction of a sanitary sewer system can each of the foregoing streets, having been instituted substantially can the saw date, can be more oconmmieally coWleted i4- consol.i.dated and Joined as one project, mid improvements are hereby consolidated and all subsequent proceedings thereon shall be conducted in all respects as though the separate proposed improve uts had been instituted as one proceeding. 3. Plans and specifications for the foregoing improvements heretofcaae- prepared and filed in the Office; of the Village Clerk are hereby approved. 4. The village clerk shall advertise for bids for such improve - ment by publication at least once in the official newspaper at least ten days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Said notice shall require a cash deposit, bid bond or certified check payable to the clerk in the amount of not less than ten per cent of the amount of the bid and shall require all bids to be on the basis of cash payment for the work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Unneth Sacre, and upon vote being taken thereon., the following voted in favor of: Arthur Paulson Kenneth Sacre Paul Weekly Merrill St©dghill and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
