Pursuant to duet call and notice thereof, a special mee of the
Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, was duly held at
the Village Ball in said Village on Tuesday, the 7th day of October,, 1952, at
8:00 o'clock F.M.
The following, members mere present:
Arthur Paulson

Paul Weekly
Mayne Gageby

The clerk announced that the proposed assessme for Storei S ewer
Improveme Mo. 1 had been filed in his office c+e +fie to 3rd , dasy of Sep r, 1952
and that notice of a hearing on said assessme had been given in the fore and
mann required by law. The clerk presented an affidavit shoving publication
Of such notice in the official newspaper which affidavit was examined and found
satisfactory and ordered placed on file.
The mayor announced that the meeting was open f the consideration of
obJections to the assessment theretofore filed with the village clerk for Sto rm,
Sewer Improvement No. 1 of said village. The clerk reported that no written
objections had been filed. The following persons were then hoard and presented
their objections to said assessment:
Miller Pummarlo residing at 5715 Lynd Avenue Worth
5 Dennis Taylor residing at 8OU - 58th k4nuo north
B. C. Kicherer residing at 1301 55th Avenue North
Bach of the foregoing persons ob j*cted to 'assessment on their property by reason
that said assessme was in excess of the benefits received. Bo other persons
appeared at this hearing. The hearing was then adjourned to Wednesday, the 8th
day of October, 1952, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Villages Ball.
