I The following persons were then board and presented their objections t said assessm Dennis Taylor residing at 800 - 58th Avenue Borth and others who were snarly situated in the same area. Orville Dunn residing at 5500 Sw roon, Avenue North _ Herbert Poster, residing at 5623 le Avenue north Miller Puioarlo residing at 5715 Lyndale Avenue North After due consideration of all said objections presented bo th on the 7th and 8th days of October, 1952, Trustee Merrill Stodghill introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption 0TO SVWzR NO. 1 BH IT lI 'ice by than Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: P- 1. Notice has been duly published required by lair that this council could awt in re Bessie n on October 7, 1952 to pass on the proposed assessment and said meeting vas than duly adjourned by public announcement to this ti ma. 3. Said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been- open to inspection end copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessment,, or to any item thereof. 4. The amounts specified in the prseed assessment are abanged and altered as 'fallows The assessments on Lots 29$ 30, 31, 32 and 33 of Lyndale ,Riverside Acres to be reduced by 1596. The assessments on Parcel #2300 on the nortbveest cornea of 55th and Fremont to be reduced by 30.596.. The assessment* on Parcel #3424 on the northeast corner of 55th and Fremont to be reduced by 34.5°6. The asses me on Lots 7 and 8 of block 2 of Littels Addition to be reduced by 13 *3%. The assessments on parcel #3405, being .a part of Lot 28 of Garcelon s Addition d r to be reduced b 62.596. # , y t assesawnts an Parcel #5105, being, v. pert of Lot 37 of %melon's Addition, to be reduced by 62.5%. The assessments on .'parcel #5110, being a part of Lot 37 of elon's Addition to be reduced by 62.5%. The assessments on Lots 22 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of Gfarcelon's Addition } to be reduced by 55.5%. 5. This council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land enumerated in mid proposed assessment vas and is specially banef"itte+d by the laying of storm sever mains, laterals and appurtenances in Storm; Sewer XWrovewnt f No. 1 of said villa in the amount of said proposed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot,, piece or parcel of land and that amount so got out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces or parcels of land therein described. 6. Such proposed assessment is affi d,, adopted and confirmed., and the sums fixed and named in said proposed ai"asmeent With than changes and alterations hereinabove made., are affirmed., adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said loo s, pieces or parcels of land rospectivoly. 7 Said assessment sea affirmed, adopted and confirmed 11 be certified f• to by the village clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for the paying of eater mains laterals sad ` appurtenances in Storm Sever DWrovement ]No. 1. 8« The amounts assessed against each, lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the data; hereof until the same have beam paid at the rata of per annum. y. Such assessment shall be payable in 20 equal annual installments payable on that lst day of ,January in each year, beginning in the year 1953, and continuing until: all of said installments shall have been paid., each Installmnt C to be collected with taxes collectible during said year by the county auditor. The clerk prevented an affidavit showing Publication w of such notice in the official newspaper which affidavit was a n�e id and f ound Satisfactory and ordered placed on file, Ths announcod that the meeting Vag Open for the consideration of objections to the &38*suw theretofore filed with the village clerk for Unitary ftwor Up rovement No. l of said village.
