RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -36
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING A CONTRACT,
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2010 -16, SHINGLE CREEK RESTORATION
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project No.
2010 -16, bids were received, opened, and tabulated by the City Clerk and Engineer on the 18` day of
February, 2011. Said bids were as follows:

WHEREAS, it appears that Minnesota Native Landscapes, Inc., of Otsego,
Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a contract with Minnesota Native Landscapes, Inc., of Otsego, Minnesota in
the name of the City of Brooklyn Center, for Improvement Project No. 2010-
16, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2. The estimated project costs and revenues are as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Dan Ryan
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, Carol Kleven Kay Lasman, Tim Roche, and Dan Ryan;
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
