August 11, 1960
The Village Council met at Earle Brown School is Special
Session and was called to order by Mayor William Super at 8 :03
P. M.
Roll call: William Super, Wayne Gageby, Clifford Wellman,
Russ Jones, Carl Carlson were present.
The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the
consideration of proposed Water Improvement Project No. 1960 -61.
The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice
of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publica-
tion theroof im the official newspaper, the last publication being
on August 4, 1050, which affidavit was examined and found satis-
fuatcry and ordered placed on file.

'i`Mi CONS rR UGeION OF WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT
N0. 960 -61
WAi�.+,REAS, the majority of the property owners present, who
are to be assoosed for Water Main Improvement No. 1960 - 61, are not
in favor of the construction of water mains at this time,
NOW, TF+UTrORV BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of
the Village . llrookl -,rn Center, Minnesota, that the hearing for the
construction of Water Main Improvement 1960 - is declared unfavor-
able.
The motion fa. i.he adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by W:: j-.L e Gageby, and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: William Super, Clifford Wellman.,
Wayne Gageby, IZ.0 s Jones and Cc.rl Carlson, and the following voted
against the £a;r,:: none; i0here-u on said resolution was declared
duly passed a.aj:a. adopted.
Motiou by Wayne Gageby and seconded by Russ Jones to
adjourn. Motion carried.
