Conditions of variance also state that Mr. Robert Hanson make the necessary arrangements with the Village Engineer to insure improvements of Russell Avenue North, Penn Avenue North and the North 1/2 of 53rd Avenue North between Queen Avenue North and Russell Avenue North.
