The Villager Council met in special seesion aid was c alled to order
by Willi" N. Super) Mayor, at 8:00 P.M.
The following members were present: William K. Super, Way= C*EebYi
Allen Lindner, Clifford Wellman and Russ Jones.
The Mayor announced. that the Comeil- was set to reseeive, open and
consider bids for labor and material in the constttetion of the following:

The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of advertisement
for bids in the official newspaper and the Construction julletin, which
affidavits were examined eAd found to be in accordance pith Law and ordered
placed on file.
The Clerk then presented the bias which had been received. These
were numbered consteutiYely and were than opened and examined and all persons
;who desired were given an opportunity to inspect all bids. These were
tabulated and found to be as follows:

RmsmAn - TABLING FURTSER ACTION ON BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED by tbg Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn
Center, Minueaot%, that further action on the bids received
for labor and materials in the construction of Storm Sewer
Improvement No 1956 -13 be tabled for further examination by
Village Nagineer, bid to be awarded March 21 1956.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly second d by
Allen Lindman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favcr
th erreeof : William N. Super, Wayne Gageby, Allen L• indman" Clifford Wells" and
Russ Jones; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
No tion made by Allen Limon and seconded by Clifford Wellman to
approve the sale by Pearson Bros., by metes and bounds, of the following

The Mayor announced that the Council was gat to reeeive, open and
consider bids for labor and material in the construction of the following:
Construction of sanitary sewer interceptors and
lateral$ as set forth in the plans for Sanitary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 1956 -5, 1956 - 1956 -7,
1956 -14 and 1956 -16
The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of advertisement
for bids in the official newspaper and the Construction Bulletin, which
affidavits were examined and found to be in accordance with law and ordered
placed on file.
The Clerk then presented the bids which had been received. Those
were numbered consecutively and were then opened and examined and all
persons who desired were given an opportunity to inspect all bids. These

RESOLUTION TABLING FURTHER ACTION ON BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of for Vill&0

construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvements Noe. 1956 -5,
1956 -6, 1956.7, 1956 -14 and 1956 -16 be tabled for further

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adaBtad•
Motion made, by Allen Linder and seconded by Wayne Gageby to accept
the final plat of Hipp's 5th Addition, subject to all the restrictions of tb-
Platting ordinance, and the Mayor and Clerk authorited to sign the same, bonj
to be posted. Motion carried.
