Super, Wad Gageby, Allen Lindwm, Clifford Wellman and Russ Jones. Motion carried. flember Wa'.kme Gageby introduced the f 0110wing seeclution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND APPROVING CONTRACT Fdlb+i I BE IT RESeDLVA) by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of Peter Lametti Construction Co. ac to the furnishing of all work, labor and material in connection with Sanitary Sewer Area Interceptor Improvement No. 1956- according to the plans and specifications therefor now oh file in the office of the Village Clerk is deemed to be the lowest' and best bid submitted for said work by a responsible bidder, and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTMR MMVED that the form of contract proposed for execution between the Village and Peter La=tti Ctlastruction Co. 4 is approved, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behAlf of the Village upon the filing with the Village Clerk of a bond with an approved corporate surety in the amount of $59,725 conditioned for the faithful performance of said contract. SPECIFICATIONS. i (e) Space Requirements. Living units in single and two family dwellings 4►11 have a total floor area of not less than 768 square feet for ch unit containing two bedrooms or less if such dwelling shall also have a full basement., and without a full basement shall have a total floor area of not less than 850 square feet for each unit containing two bedrooms or less.
