Super, Mayor, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: William N. Super, Wayne Gaageby, Allen Landman and Russ Jones, Clifford Wellman was absent. Motion made by Allen Lindma,n and seconded by Wayyne ( eby to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of march 27. Tte minutes of the special meeting of April were ordered amended to be presented for approval at the next meeting. Motion carried. Motion made by Wayne Gsgeby and seconded by Allen Lindman to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve special permit to the Ericon Corp. to construct and operate a service station at 57th Avenge North and Highway 100 provided a six foot fence is erected on the southwest, south and southeast sides of the building, to be supervised by the Building Inspector, or if another balding is erected, said fence is to run to the new building- Lilac Drive is to be graded and oil stabilised from the end of the existing pavement to S7th Avenue North. Sere shall be no flashing lights, and all flood - lights shall be foeuaed away from the residential buildings. Notion f Carried. The Mayor announced that the Council was met to receive, open and consider bids for a tar and asphalt kettle.
