Member Wayne Gegeb7 introduced the following resolution and
moved its`ad9ption:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, thit
the bid of C. 0. Solberg, St. Paul Park, Min-
nesota, for furnishing and applY'ing 100,000
gallons, more or less, PAC -3 liquid asphalt,
the Village of Brooklyn Center to pay $.1390
per gallon therefor, is Hereby found, deter-
mined and declared to be the most favorable

facilitate the proper development of the axaea, a Pro-

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution arras duly seconded
by member Allen Landman, and upon vote being taken thereat the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: William N. Super, Wayne Gageby, Allen Lind -
man, Clifford Wellman and Russ Jones; and the following voted against tan.

adopted.
Motion made by Russ Jones and seconded by Wayne Gageby to per-
manently transfer $80.25 from the 1956 -A .improvement Fund to the Genaral
Fund and $171.65 from the Sanitary Sewer Service - ,- I=d to the Generel
Fund for the cost of flushing and inspecting sewers. Motion carried.
Motion made by Wayne OWby and seconded by Allen Lindman to
write a letter to Mark Jones instructing his to fill up the water hole
on time rear of his property on 55th Avenue North. Lotion carried.
Motion made by Clifford Wellman to commit the Village of
Brooklyn Center to make the following improvements in accordance with
the resolution heretofore identified as IMrovement Commitments for
VA Loan Purposes. Said resolution shall have inserted in it the follOW-
ing:
Property to be improved: Romedale First Addition
Estimated cost: $4,464.33
Date of completion: 12 months
Improvements to be made:
Grading, graveling and oil stabilizing KYle
Avenue from 63rd Avenue North to 64th Avenue
North, June Avenue from 63rd Aventae North to
64th Avenue Borth, and south Half of 64th
Avenue North from June Avenue to Lee Avenue

The foregoing motion was duly seconded by Wayne Gageby, and all nembers
present voting in favor thereof, the motion was carried.
Motion made by Wayne Gageby and seconded tsy Clifford W011fta
to accept and sign agreement with Shifflet, Backstrom, and Associates
for architectural services re addition to firs barn and remodeling
temporary offices in the rear portion of the present fire barn. Motion
carried.
Motioma made by Allen Landman and seconded by Clifford m
