Super, Wayne Gageby, Clifford Wellman, Allen Lindman and Russ Jones; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Motion made by Allen Lindman and seconded by Wad Gageby to accept for street purposes the deed of Fred W. Hey and Gisella Hey, his wife, to the following described property: Tract I, Registered Land Survey No. 553, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Bennepin Motion carried. Motion made by Russ Jones and seconded by Clifford Wellman to accept for street purposes the deed of Joseph J.
