Super, Mayor, at 8:,10 -p.m. The following members were present: William li. Super, Wayne Gageby, Allen•Lindman, Clifford Wellman and Russ Jones. Motion made by Wayne Gsgeby and secoAtOd by Clifford Wellman to approve the minutes of the regular meeting Ot April 24 arid the special meetings of April 26 and May 1. Motion Carried. The Mayor announced that the Council was met to receive, open and consider bids for Sewer Cleaning Equipment- At affidavit was presented showing publication of advertise ment for bids in accordance with law and ordered placed on file. Motion made by Bus Jones and seconded by Clifford Wellman to refer back to the Planning Commission the petition of Arthur Andreason and Henry 'Halvorson for special permit to construct a 40' by 60' build- ing to berate a boat building and sales business. Motion carried. Motion made by Clifford Wellman and seconded by Allen Linn to refer back to the Planning Commission the petition of Roland G. Martini for special permit to build a garage at rear of lot within 3 feet of rear line, abutting Franc* Avenue. Motion .carried. Motion by Clifford Wellman and seconded by Wayne Cby to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve special permit to rt G. Schake to divide the We sterly 173.5 Feet of the South 1/3 of North 3/10 of Wu of M4 k of SW 4 of Section 1, Township 118, Range 21, (5630 Oakalft Avenue), into two lots, one with 70 ,foot t fruitage and one with 62 foot fraatage. Motion carried. Motion made by Wayne Gegeby and seconded by Allen Lindman to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve the petition of Minne4a Associates, Inc. for Ordinance Detaching and Annexing, provided g attempt is made to include the land lying south of the property owned by Minnesota QCiates, Inc. Motion carried.
