Resolution Regarding Joint Municipal Information System The prospective participants in a multi-community Management Information System has determined the need to secure formal statements of intent to participate in the dove lopment of such a system. The attached resolution is intended to provide the organizational frarm work necessary to develop a draft joint powers agreement which will be submitted to the various partici- pating City Councils for review and approval. Disposition Item 6. Resolution Accepting Water Tower Painting Bids The Director of Public Works has received bids for the routine painting of the one million gallon elevated water storage tank at 69th & Dupont Avenues North. It is recommended that the Council adopt, the attache-d resolution accepting and awarding the bid. Disposition Item 7, Resolution Approving T. H. Highway 152 Construction Plans The City Council has previously approved preliminary plans for the construction of Tm 11I. 152 south of T.H. 100. On December 21,: 1970 the G >urjcil adopted Resolution No. 70 -242 agreeing to consider entering into an agreement with the Minnesota Highway 'Department to participate in the cost of Vie ixoject„ The Minnesota Higlwiay Department proposes to open, bids for the project on March 24, 1972 and has requested final plan approval prior to that time, A variety of meetings have been held over the past two years for the purpose of gutting Input from the residents affected by the project.
