Minnesota Highway Department FAI -94 Proposal The Minnesota Highway Dopeurbment is obligated to conduct a public hearing on proposed modificatbons to FAI -94 between Xerxes Avenge and Lyndale Avenue and on proposed initial construction of FAI -94 from FAI -694 to 53rd Avenue. The intention of the hearing is to secure citizen wrpressions nMpp ling the proposals so that Such expressions may be addressed to in the final design of the pro ject.
