Resolution No. 69 -318 provides that the Mayor has the responsibility
to appoint members of the Conservation Commission subject to the
majority consent of the City Council. Appointments to the Conserva-
tion Commission are for three year terms on an at- large basis. The
terms of Richard Forstrom, William Price; and Sylvia Winkelman
expired December 31, 1975.

Item lOc Human Rights Commission
Resolution No. 68 -44„ amended by Resolution No. 71 -211 and
Resolution No„ 74 -68 provides that the Msyor has the responsibility
to appoint members to the Human Rights Commission subject to the
majority consent of the City Council Appotntment to the Human
Rights Commission are for three year terms on an at -large basis.
Two seats are vacant, berth. of which expire December 31, 1978,

Item 10d Park and Recreation Commissions
Resolution No. 73 -25 provides that the Mayor has the responsibility
for appointments to the Park and Recreation Commission subject to
majority consent of the City Council. The resolution provides for
representatives from each of five park service areas with two at -large
representatives. Commission terms are for three years. The term of
Chairman Robert Zerban expired December 3:1„ 1975 and the terms of
Roger Pickering, representing Park Service Area #1 and Gerald Johnson
representing Park Service Area #4 expit•ed December 31, 1975.

Resolutfiort No. 73 -140 provides that the Mayor has the responsibility
to appoint members of the Housing Commission subject to majority
consent of the City Council. Appointments to the Housing Commission
are for three year terms with representation from each of six community
neighborhoods with a chairman and two additional members selected on
an at -large basis. The terms of Dolores Hastings, representing the
• southeast neighborhood, Patricia Weitzel, representing the west central
neighborhood, and James Kohrt, representing the southwest neighbor-
hood., expired December 31, 1975

Item 12d Designating City Depositories (7)
. During 1975 the Brooklyn Center State Bank, First National Bank
of Minneapolis, the Marquette National Bank, the First Plymouth
National Bank, Fidelity State Bank, Camden' Northwestern Bank
and Home Federal Savings & Loan Association were designated as
official depositories for the City. The attached resolutions
provide for the redesignation of those institutions as official
depositories for 1976.
