Girl Scout Troops will be present Monday evening to participate In
a brief ceremony, including presenting the flag and conducting the

provide the Council with some perspective regarding the frequency>
of pedestrian bridges in suburban communities.

The Mayor of Brooklyn Park and other suburban Hennepin officials are
once again proposing an organization of suburban Hennepin municipalities
to offset the legislative strength of Minneapolis, particularly in matters
of state aids and tax formulas. Council discussion of this matter is
recommended.
