S. McCrossan, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: Y ? Alley Paving I.'mprovement Project No. 1974 -20 ' Alley between' Logan and Morgan Avenues North from 53rd,Avenue to5` 4th `Avenue. ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center: 1 . The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted .. and approved. 2. The value of work performed is less than the original contract' amount by $1,079.17 because of a general overestimation of plan quantities. 3. i s h e re by It directed that final payment be made on said contract,', taking the Contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said contract for said improvement project shall be $7,596.83.
