The attached resolution is recommended for the purpose of
approving Deep Well No. 8 plans and specifications and
authorizing bids to be taken.

The attached ordinance amending Chapter 6 of the City Charter
has been recommended by - the City Charter Commission and
was first -read by the City Council o n July 12, 1976, published
on July, 15 and 27, 1976 and is offered this evening for second
reading and adoption.

RESOLUTION ACCEPT„�I1,C WORK (CONTRACTED BY CITY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn
Center, - Minnesota, C. S. McCrossan, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the
following improvement in accordance with said contract:
Y ? Alley Paving I.'mprovement Project No. 1974 -20 '
Alley between' Logan and Morgan Avenues North from 53rd,Avenue
to5` 4th `Avenue.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center:
1 . The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
.. and approved.
2. The value of work performed is less than the original contract'
amount by $1,079.17 because of a general overestimation of
plan quantities.

amount to be paid for said contract for said improvement
