The physical separation of the existing retail mall /food court building from the existing Sears retail store building; 2. The elimination of proposed Building N from the 2011 Shingle Creek Crossing PUD plan; and 3. The addition of a 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant pad site to be labeled Building R along with a new platted lot. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items.
