These standards are memorialized in City Resolution No. 2011 -77, which is on file with the City of Brooklyn Center or can be accessed on the City's Website at www.cityofbrooklyncenter.org. Said proposed Planned Unit Development application has been submitted by Sears, Roebuck and Company for an amendment to the 1999 Brookdale Mall Planned Unit Development, by incorporating the same development standards approved under the 2011 Shingle Creek Crossing Planned Unit Development. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items.
