Disposition Item 6 Environmental) Preserve Annual Report A representative of.the Kylawn Environmental Preserve Task Group, a subsidiary of the Brooklyn Center Conservation Commission and its Crystal counterpart, w1li present the Task Group's annual report and describe planned activities for the ensuing year, Disposition Item 7a Directing Disbursement of Certificate of Deposit The attached resolution is recommended for the purpose of authorizing the disbursement of a $ 2500 certificate of deposit which was posted to guarantee certain subdivision improvements which have been satisfied. Member introduced the following re solutlott and its adoption RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMPLETION OF PAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN PROJECT 1965 -54 TO MR. WHEREAS, the (then) - Village of Brooklyn Center agreed to comtruct Water Metin Pro 1965 -54 on Willow Lane from 783 feet south of Toth Avenue to approximately 1880 feet south of 70th Avenue North for the primary purpose of serving the residence of Mr. Ray Perry at 6800 Willow Lane; and WHEREAS, on September 29, 1965 the (then) Village of Brooklyn Center entered into an agreement with Mr. Ray Perry wherein upon completion of construction of the water main project, Mr. perry agreed to pay the (then) Village of Brooklyn Center an amount totaling $3,,241.20, covering construction costs from 783 feet south of 70th Avenue to approximately 1363 feet south of Toth Avenue North; and WHEREAS, Flay L Perry and the (then) Village - of Brooklyn Gunter agreed that Mr. Perry would be reimbursed by the (then) Village of Brooklyn Center, an amount totaiing $2,751.20 representing the difference between the total cost of constructing the water main and Mr. Rey L. Perry °s paid up water main assess- mont of e =490.00; and VIHEREAS, it was further agreed that said reimbursement to Mr. Ray L.
