Project No. 1975 -1 A public hearing has been scheduled to consider Alley Paving Project No. 1975 -1 located between Emerson Avenue North and Fremont Avenue North from 54th to 55th Avenues North. Disposition Item 6b Alley Improvement Project No. 1975 -2 A public hearing has been scheduled to consider Alley Paving Project No. 1975 -2 located between Fremont Avenue North and Girard Avenue North from 54th to 55th Avenues North. Disposition Item 6c ,alley Improvement Project No. 1975 -3 A public hearing has been scheduled to consider Alley Paving Project Noe 1975 -3 located between Irving Avenue North and Tames Avenue North from 53rd to 54th Avenues North. Di,spossition Item 6d Alley Improvement Project No. 1975 -4 A public hearing has been scheduled to consider Alley Paving Project No. 1975 -4 located between Logan Avenue North and Knox Avenue North from 53rd to 54th Avenues North. Disposition Item 6e Alley Improvement Project No. 1974 -20 Consideration of a reopened public hearing for Project No. 1974 -20 is scheduled for this evening. A public hearing on September 9, 1974 declared favorable Alley Paving Improvement Project No. `1974 -20 located between Logan Avenue North and Morgan Avenue North from 53rd to 54th Avenues North. Subsequently, the City Council adopted a, uniform alley improvement policy which differs from the basis upon; which Project INTO. 1974 -20 was approved. It was, therefore, con- cluded to reopen the public hearing and consider Project No. 1,974 -20 in the context of the recently adopted uniform alley improvement policy. Disposition City Manager's Comments Page 2 Item 7a Approving Planning Commission Applications No, 72010 and 72069 The attached resolution is recommended for the purpose of implementing the City Council's previous decision to approve Planning Commission Applications No. 72013 and 72069. Disposition Item 7b thru' 7f Ordering Construction of Improvement Project No. 1975 -1 - Ordering Construction of Improvement Project No. 1975 -8 Ordering Construction of Improvement Project No. 197S -3 ` -Ordering Construction of Improvement Project No. 1975 -4 - Ordering Construction of Improvement Project No. 1974 -20 The attached resolutions are recommended for adoption in the event respective public hearings are declared favorable. Disposition Item 7g Awarding Bid for Contract No. 1975 -A Bids will be opened Monday, June 2, 1975 and a resolution recommended for the purpose of awarding Contract No. 1975 -A. Contract No. 1975 -A comprehends previously approved Street Surfacing Projects No. 1974 -16 and 1974 -3S® as well as proposed alley improvement projects for which public hearings are to be conducted Monday evening. In the event of unfavorable conclusion for any of the pending public hearings, the projects will be deleted from the bid award resolution. Disposition Member introduced the following resolution aad . moved its adoption: "SOLUTION NO. i RESOLUTION RNONWING DUPOf1TD03/ or AMZNDMIM TO PLANNING Ct?MMM83ON APPLWABION5 NO. 72010 AND NO2 724 .k9 11JRMMIM By THE 2 t�MPAtfIt f WHEREAS, the City Council an May 19, 1975 conWered -am i n 41 a 111 to Planning Commission Application No. 72010 (site and building plaW God Nc. 72069 (subdivision) submitted by the Dietrich Company for the tavrnhouse pro j act located westerly of T.H. 152 at Wingard Lane; and WHEREAS, the subject applications were originally approved on February 28, 1972 and on September 25, 1972 (with final plat approval an November 20 1972) , respectively; and WHERLAS, said amendments involve construction on and necessary replatting of Blocks 6, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, and 22, Careek Villas Addition; and WHEREAS, public testimony was taken as to the design of the proposed ariendments; and WHEREAS, the developer presented the amended plans including specie - cation of the location of certain proposed single level units; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center. That pursuant to the requiremeets of Chapters 15 and 35 al the Ofty Ordinances, amendments to Planning Commission Applications No. 72010 and No. 72069 are hereby approved as submitted, subject to the following conditions: • 1. building plans are subject to review by the Building Official with respect to the applicable codes prior to the Issuance, of building peumits. 2. Grading, drainage, utility and bwxdM plans are subg to coview by the CUF Basiftw prW ft the Issuance of pentdts, and naceyawy mUlity line revisions shall be approved by the City Engineer with respect to applicable codes. . 4 r, Resolution No. (in a form and amount approved by the City 14amoed shell be submitted to assure compWUon of approved site improvements for the project, prior to the issuance of permits. 4. The site shall be replatted according to the approwed plans, and said plat will be subject to the following: a Review by the City Engineer, b. Requirements of CM" 15 of the City OrdinsrADW, c A copy of any proposed amendments to the Homeowners' Association document shall be submitted to the City Attorney for renriew . 5. A minimum of two parallel off-street parking stalls shall be provided on the site of each unit. 6. The location of the proposed eleven single level and units shall be according to the submitted site plan on Blocks 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, and 22. ° 7.
