Item 5 Acknowledge Claim
I will be prepared Monday evening to recommend acknowledgement
of a claim against the City involving are accident in which a
participant allegedly was incapacitated through consumption of
liquor purchased at Brooklyn Center Liquor Store,
Dispositio
Item 6 Authorize Payment of AMM Dues
Association of Metropolitan Municipalities dues for the year
beginning ;une 1, 1975 amount to $2,935 versus the 1975 budgeted
amount of $2,416 which was estimated approximately one year ago.
C As a consequence, it is recommended that the City Council authorize
payment of annual Association of Metropolitan Municipalities dues In
the amount of $2,735.
