The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con-*
sideration of proposed Storm Sewer zw4woveteeent Project loo. 1975 -6.
The Clerk produced an affidavit of publicattion of notice of
hearing on the proposed improvement sboxing two weeks' publication
thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on
October 2, 3975, which affidavit was examined and found' iratis-
factory and ordered placed on file,
The Mayor then called upon a31 property owners present to
present uments either for or against the proposed iraveeant.
