TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, December 12, 2002 at approximately 7:30 p.m., at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway to consider the petition described below:
TYPE OF REQUEST: Planned Unit Development Amendment
PETITIONER: McDonald's Corporation
PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: 615 66th Avenue North
Legal Description: Lot 2, Block 1, Regal Road Development Second Addition
BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Said Planned Unit Development Amendment has been submitted by McDonald's Corporation to
modify the original Planned Unit Development agreement and allow the construction of an
otherwise non - permitted convenience food restaurant at the southeast corner of 66 and Camden
Avenues North.
Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.

ON PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the
City of Brooklyn Center on the 12th of December, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider a Planned Unit Development Amendment and development
plan approval for the property described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Regal Road Development Second Addition
This property is more commonly described as 615 66th Avenue North
Said Planned Unit Development Amendment has been submitted by McDonald's
Corporation to modify the original Planned Unit Development agreement and allow the
construction of an otherwise non - permitted convenience food restaurant at the southeast corner
of 66 and Camden Avenues North.
