Said proposed Planned Unit Development/Rezoning has been submitted by Westbrook Development for rezoning from C -2 (Commerce) and R -1 (One Family Residence) to PUD /C -2 (Planned Unit Development /Commerce) and site and building plan approval for modifications to a new commercial retail development.
