FINANCIAL REPORT
: Zastrow reported a balance of $12,903.85 in checking and $7,946.24 in

we are going to allocate this money.
Arts & Crafts:
Holcomb said the mini donut man has sold his wagon due to ill health. The good
news is there is already another mini donut vendor who has been coming every year but has not been able
to sell mini donuts. Holcomb has to redo the coupon for the two free donuts and 2 free coffee. The
previous mini donut vendor charged $1. The new one is charging $1.25. Holcomb has decided each arts
& crafter will get only one coupon. She is up to 29 crafters and 5 food vendors. If everyone who called
her signs up, there will be too many.
Hall Of Fame:
There is a dedication at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 27 at the Heritage Center.

No report. LaCrosse asked if there was anyone interested in selling t-shirts at the
event. Holcomb and Youngberg will sell them. Cohen would like four to five caps. Ditty would like an
XXL t-shirt.
Kids Fishing Contest:
LaCrosse has a call into Brookpark Dental. Dorff said he thinks
Bridgemans will donate 125 cones which could be given out at the fishing contest.
Parade:
Ditty said Discover The Center/Family Resource Center will be number 78A. It is shaping
up to be a very good parade. Ditty asked that the concession trailer be delivered to 60th Ave, either east
or west.
Picnic/Games:
Dorff said they have received many gift certificates and prizes. There have nine
people from Rotary signed up to work. He has added a 4th place. He needs help in filling the balloons.
Kuefler will help. Dorff asked those who have t-shirts should bring them. He has some extras for new
people.
Publicity:
LaCrosse said there are posters and flyers to be distributed out to the community.
A special news release was sent to KARE-11 because of Renee Tessman. The paid ads begin later this
