Holcomb said there will be a new letter this year. It still needs to be revised further
because the ending time is not consistent throughout the pages. The exhibitors will have the option of staying
until 6 p.m. or 11 p.m. She figures people will pack up around 9:30 p.m.
Kuefler said they looked at other activities that could bring people to the arts & crafts fair. He looked at
Little League games but it is tournament time for them. He looked into in-line skating but it didnt seem like
a good fit. An event that looks like a good fit is a yo-yo program. He met with Jarret Lasman. Kuefler
handed out a program proposal. LaCrosse talked to Henry Dorff and the Family Games will be moved to 1
p.m. The yo-yo program would be held at 3 p.m. Kuefler is requesting $375 from EBD to sponsor the yo-yo
program which will include ordering two cases of yo-yos, 100 for the presenter(s), and $50 for
miscellaneous expenses. There was a motion by Kuefler, seconded by Holcomb to approve the expense of
$375 for the yo-yo program. Motion carried.
Holcomb said it was decided not to eliminate people from the mailing list because of all the changes made to
the festival weekend. She would like to get a mini-donut person. Lighting will be an issue after about 9:30
p.m. for the craft exhibitors. Ground Round was discussed as a possible food vendor. Cohen said he will
leave it to the discretion of co-chairs Holcomb and Kuefler to make a final decision on food vendors.
Family Fun & Games:
Event will be moved to 1-2:30 p.m.

LaCrosse asked for suggestions for the entertainment. She said people will come no
matter what the group because they like the fireworks. Cohen said to get Reuben Ristrom again.
