Joy Reinhart said we have had lots of calls this week. The committee
discussed the complimentary coffee and donuts for exhibitors. We have several nonprofit groups that did not
pay anything to be in the expo. If we give them a ticket for free donuts and coffee, we would lose money.
The committee discussed purchasing donuts from Cub because it would be a lot cheaper. However, we
would like to support our vendors. There was a motion by Sue LaCrosse, seconded by Karen Youngberg to
give Joy Reinhart the authority to try and negotiate a better price with the mini donut vendor and not give the
complimentary donut/coffee tickets to nonprofit exhibitors. Motion carried.
