TIME CAPSULE
It was decided that the Earle Brown Days committee would help set the agenda for the time capsule
ceremony for Sunday, June 30.
EVALUATION OF BIRTHDAY PARTY
The Heritage Center was good. The food was excellent. The entertainment was superb. It was decided
that we should continue and increase the civic group involvement. Some of the award recipients and some
of the presenters would have liked to talk. The committee thought this would tend to get too long.
OTHER BUSINESS
Phil Cohen said he is working with the scouts to have more professionalism to their presentation. The
veterans groups are diminishing. Phil Cohen said he will work with them to get more money to invest in
flag sockets. He would like the organization to have drill training.
NEXT MEETING
Next meeting will be held sometime in September.
ADJOURNMENT –
There was a motion by Tony Kuefler, seconded by Dorothy Jacobson to adjourn the
meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 4:52 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted,
