MEETING MINUTES
Phil Cohen called the Brooklyn Center Special Events Committee meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
ATTENDANCE
Tony Kuefler, Taxpayers Association; Kay Lasman, Council Liaison; Ed Nelson; Baylon Loosbrock, Rotary;
Len Lasman; Sue LaCrosse, Earle Brown Days; Phil Cohen, Chairman.
FINANCIAL REPORT
Phil Cohen submitted a revised budget for tentative approval from the board.

There was a motion by Ed Nelson, seconded by Tony Kuefler to approve the revised budget. Motion carried.
DOOR PRIZES
Phil Cohen reported the Women’s Club donated Applebee’s Gift Certificate for $20; Thunder Alley 7
Certificates; Chuckwagon donated 3 $10 Certificates; 14 items from Margaret Sandberg; 7 Items from North
Memorial. It was decided we would use the duplicate tickets again to do the door prize drawings.
Next meeting: Tuesday, February 18, 2003, 4:30 p.m. at Kay & Len Lasman’s house.
There was a motion by Tony Kuefler, seconded by Kay Lasman to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
