NEW BUSINESS
Phil Cohen suggested we start getting people together. He would like to see a bigger group and get a
framework going. He suggested we have a sign-up sheet at the party for those who might be
interested in serving on the committee. Len Lasman suggested if we have a budget surplus this year,
we set aside some of that money to be applied to the 2011 celebration. Baylon Loosbrock is
concerned we might not have a surplus. Phil Cohen said we ask for just enough money to run the
event. However, it was mentioned we are saving money on the school group this year. We may have
some leftover.
