COMMITTEE ACTION ITEMS
Tony Kuefler has the door prizes are figured out. He would like all the prizes to be delivered to the
Heritage Center by 1:30 p.m. He will draw tickets and start giving out the prizes around 7:30 p.m.
Dorothy has 20 prizes and Sue has not counted but she has some too.
The following items were changed from pending to done on the checklist: Contact with Heritage
Center, invitation, publicity, and Sun Post. Still pending items include 2011 signup, trophies,
cake/punch, decorations, door prize tickets, door prizes/gift certificates, helium, invocation, name
tags, program, roster and theme development.
NEW BUSINESS
Sue LaCrosse asked that we reconsider the reservation of tables. It creates problems when people
call in and say they want to sit with a particular organization. She doesn’t know who is with the
organizations. This will be addressed at the wrap-up meeting.
There was a motion by Councilmember Kay Lasman, seconded by Sue Low that people must have a
ticket in order to attend the awards presentation. Motion carried.
NEXT MEETING
The next meeting is Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 4:15 p.m. at the community center.
ADJOURNMENT
There was a motion by Dorothy Jacobson, seconded by Baylon Loosbrock to adjourn the
meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted
Sue LaCrosse, Program Supervisor
