PROGRAM/ENTERTAINMENT
Councilmember Kay Lasman reported everything is set. The school band will set up on the right side and
Midnight Breeze will set up on the left side. The school band director will come around noon to setup. She
said they need 15 chairs. These 15 chairs will then be used for the award recipients to use. Doug Darnell will
facilitate moving the chairs after the band is through performing.
COMMITTEE ACTION ITEMS
Len Lasman said the scroll needs to be placed in a more prominent spot. It will be placed next to the sign
in table. The women’s club hostesses will encourage people to sign it.
Sue Low will bring the table favors with her for setup.
Dorothy Jacobson has 30 door prizes and Sue Low has 12-17.
OTHER
Sue LaCrosse reported that the reserved tables have been a problem this year. Some people are reserving
tables and adding people to it gradually while others have paid for 8 all at one time. We are stuck this
year, but the policy will be reviewed at the wrap up meeting. It is recommended we go to seating on a
first-come basis. Councilmember Kay Lasman said a table of 9 could really be done at the last minute.
Baylon Loosbrock suggested people write their name on the pad of paper and hang their napkin over a
chair to reserve their seat/table. We will ask the Women’s Club hostesses to advise people of this at
check in. We want to discourage people from propping up the chairs.
Sue LaCrosse asked for input on the thank you card. There was a motion by Councilmember Kay
Lasman, seconded by Doug Darnell to approve the thank you card and to purchase envelopes for them.
Motion carried. Sue LaCrosse will make around 50 to start with.
Doug Darnell suggested certificates. Phil Cohen requested this be tabled to the next meeting.

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
