All past recipients could come up at the same time and we could hand them a commemorative coin. Another suggestion was to give the past recipients a coin when they check in and have them stand during the program. Or the emcee could read off all of the names and they could all stand at their places. This item was tabled for a future meeting. PROGRAM/ENTERTAINMENT Phil Cohen said we were happy with the videotaping last year and he will request BCHS again. The Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree are interested in being part of the program. Phil Cohen asked Sue LaCrosse to contact Kevin Haeg to find out how many people, how many scouts, what their configuration will be and if they could meet with us. There was a motion by Councilmember Kay Lasman, seconded by Dr. Orn to support the KC’s. Motion carried. Phil Cohen asked if the committee wanted to do pens again as Table Favors. He distributed a nice 1 post-it note favor. Phil Cohen and Sue Low will find out how much the mini post-it notes cost. The pens cost .49¢ per pen for 100-499 or 46¢ per pen for 500. It was suggested we leave the date off of the favor and use them during the Centennial year too. We are looking at ordering a minimum of 400.
