RESOLUTION NO. 2012-58
RESOLUTION AMENDING FUNDING SOURCES, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 2010-16, CONTRACT 20104, SHINGLE CREEK RESTORATION
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, on December 12,2011,the City of Brooklyn Center previously considered
the finalization of said project and designation of final funding sources and amounts for Improvement
Project No. 2010-16, Contract 2010-I, Shingle Creek Restoration Improvements; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written funding agreement between the City of Brooklyn
Center and the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Organization for said project,the Watershed has
reduced its expected funding participation based on the Watershed's past practice of funding 25%of the
project based on final construction costs.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, that the final project revenues are hereby amended as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Carol Kleven
and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, Carol Kleven, Kay Lasman, Lin Myszkowski, and Dan Ryan;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
