Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tillman:
I am enclosing herewith a suit Claim Deed to be signed by yourselves and by
the Lovelys.
You will notice that there are two separate descriptions in the deed.
One covers a 15 foot easement for which I wanted the signatures of both
yourselves and the Lovelys. The second part of the description is the
35 feet off your property. Since there is no warranty of title in a quit
Claim Deed, I felt it was appropriate to combine it in one deed.
The second deed is one which the village office has asked me to have you
give to Estes covering the property lying to the north of you. You might
give this to them with the suggestion that the village office would like
to have them make a conveyance similar to the one which you are giving.
Their deed also includes the easement description because of the fact that
they may have an interest in the easement along with you and the Lovelys.

APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF TENFORARY
OCCUPANCY .
To the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Hennepin County,
Minnesota:
The undersigned respectfully represent that they are the owners of
the property at 7120 Riverdale Ryad in the Village of Brooklyn Center; that they
have applied for a permit to build a dwelling on said property in conformance
with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Brooklyn Center;
that applicants believe that they will have the dwelling unit completed by
December of 1952; that during the course of this construction applicants desire
to live in a temporary structure on said premises, which upon completion of the
house they will abandon and convert into a garage; that in this temporary structure
applicants will provide for water and they have made arrangements to use the
neighbor's toilet facilities; that applicants desire permission from this
Honorable Council to occupy said temporary structure until December 1, 1952,
at which time they will abandon that temporary structure and convert it into a
garage for the dwelling unit that they contemplate having completed by that date.
