Special Use Permit on the property of George Janson at the S.W. cork
of 69th Avenue North and Humboldt Avenue North to the Village Couraall.
After consultation with the Village Attorney it has been determined that it
will be necessary for you to make application through the Planning
Commission for a new Special Use Permit. It is the attorneys opinion
that under the wording of the ordinance the Council does not have the
authority to extend or renew the'special use permit.
