HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-002 Legal Notices NOTICE OF HEARING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 12'h of April 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway,to consider the proposed Planned Unit Development(PUD) for the property described as follows: Address: 4001 Lakebreeze Avenue North Legal: Lot 1,Block 1, Tennis Acres Two Addition to Hennepin County,Minnesota; along with the adjacent State of Minnesota excess right-of-way parcel (No. 207) generally located in that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Dale and Davies 2nd Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, embraced within Lot 8, Block 1, Lakebreeze Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Said proposed Planned Unit Development has been submitted by Paul Hyde for rezoning the subject site from its current C2 (Commerce) district to a new PUD-MIXED C2/I-1 (Planned Unit Development — Mixed Commerce/Industrial Park) district. This PUD rezoning request will also consider approval of a proposed development plan of the subject site, which consists of a new 90,000-sq. ft. office/manufacturing/warehouse facility with parking and loading areas. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items.
