BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION: The requested comprehensive plan amendment (land use plan) is to change the subject site's current "PS- Public and Semi-Public" land use designation to "MF-Multi Family (High Density)". This land use change will facilitate the underlying landowners request in proposing a new Planned Unit Development(PUD) zoning district on the subject site.
