HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-092 CCR Member Carol Kleven introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2012-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR MARANATHA 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval for the preliminary plan and final plat for MARANATHA 2ND ADDITION based on certain conditions as set forth in the Planning Application No. 2012-07 and Planning Commission Resolution 2012-11; and WHEREAS, the applicant has applied for approval of the preliminary plan and final plat for MARANATHA 2ND ADDITION as required by City Code. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center,Minnesota that the final plat for MARANATHA 2ND ADDITION is hereby approved,subject to the following conditions: 1. Conditions as previously recommended by the Planning Commission Resolution No. 2012-11, and/or as revised and amended by City Council actions taken on said development's Preliminary Plan approval. 2. The final plan must incorporate the conditions of approval as indicated in the Preliminary and Final Plat Review Memorandum dated May 25, 2012, or as required and approved by the City Engineer. f' 3. Previously platted and dedicated public easements that exist that are being granted on the final plat must be released and terminated. 4. Evidence of title satisfactory to the City Attorney and City Engineer. 5. Any other conditions as established by Hennepin County for recording of said final plat. 6. Prior to release by the City of the final, approved plat, the owner must reimburse the City the full amount of legal, fees incurred by the City in obtaining a review or opinion of title.
