Listed below is further information and details regarding the Housing Commission agenda for 7-
17-12.
Item #7 Update on the bids for the perimeter fence and ongoing discussions with an
irrigation contractor.
Item #8 Brief overview of the activities of the City's Housing Programs:
Renew Loan Program—The City's incentive program to promote home
ownership of vacant and registered foreclosed properties.
Remove & Rebuild Program-The City's initiative to acquire and demolish
foreclosed properties in blighted condition.
Neighborhood Stabilization Program—NSP I is a HUD funded program to acquire,
rehab, and resell foreclosed properties to owner occupants.
Housing Improvement Area Program —A program authorized by the State of
Minnesota relating to the financing of improvements within Townhome
Developments
