ing will be held on the 14 day of May

as the matter may be heard at the City
Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to
consider an Ordinance Amending Chap-
ter 35 of the City Ordinances Regarding
the Zoning Classification of Certain land,
generally located in the most southerly
section of the City of Brooklyn Center, sit-
uated between Azelia Avenue North to
the west, Lakebreeze Avenue North to
the north, and HWY 100 to the east and
south (addressed as 4001 Lakebreeze
Avenue North)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP-
TER 35 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE MOST
SOUTHERLY SECTION OF THE CITY
OF BROOKLYN CENTER, SITUATED
BETWEEN AZELIA AVENUE NORTH
TO THE WEST, LAKEBREEZE AVENUE
NORTH TO THE NORTH, AND HWY
100 TO THE EAST AND SOUTH (AD-
DRESSED AS 4001 LAKEBREEZE AV-
ENUE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordi-
nances of the City of Brooklyn Center is
hereby amended in the following man-
ner:
Section 35-1240. PLANNED UNIT DE-
VELOPMENT DISTRICT (PUD). The fol-
lowing properties are hereby established
as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit De-
velopment District zoning classification:
8. The following properties are designat-
ed as PUD-MIXED C2/I-1 (Planned Unit
Development-Mixed Commerce and In-
dustrial Park):
Lot 1. Block 1 Tennis Acres Two Hen-
nepin County, Minnesota.
and
That part of Tracts A and B described
below:
Tract A. That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Dale
and Davies 2nd Addition, according to
he plat thereof on file and of record in
the office of the County Recorder in and
for Hennepin County. Minnesota, em-
braced within Lot 8, Block 1, "Lakebreeze
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota".
Tract B. Lot 1. Block 1. Dale and Davies
2nd Addition, except that part thereof
embraced within Lot 8 Block 1 "Lake-
breeze Addition. Hennepin County. Min-
nesota", according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Coun-
ty Recorder in and for said County; the

tersects the east line of Tract B hereinbe-
fore described at a point thereon distant
96.57 feet south of the northeast corner
thereof); thence on an azimuth of 159 de-
grees 16 minutes 25 seconds for 36.98
feet; thence on an azimuth of 174 de-
grees 16 minutes 01 seconds for 37.02
feet; thence on an azimuth of 193 de-
grees 55 minutes 43 seconds for 39.03
feet to a point hereinafter referred to as
Point "A"; thence continue on an azimuth
of 193 degrees 55 minutes 43 seconds
for 33.68 feet; thence on an azimuth of
220 degrees 22 minutes 39 seconds for
66.89 feet; thence on an azimuth of 270
degrees 53 minutes 36 seconds for 6.25
feet to Right of Way Boundary Corner B7
as shown on said Plat No. 27-125: thence
on an azimuth of 270 degrees 53 min-
utes 36 seconds along the boundary of
said plat for 0.06 foot to the southeast
corner of said Tract B: thence continue
on an azimuth of 270 degrees 53 min-
utes 36 seconds along the boundary of
said plat and the south line of said Tract
B for 149.68 feet to Right of Way Bound-
ary Corner 88 and there terminating.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become
effective after adoption and upon thirty
days following its legal publication.
