The room at the Crowne for the Friday night reception was full. It was mostly the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s folks. It went very well. They gave a lot of tours of the school on Saturday. They provided hot dogs before the football game. The game was packed. Phil Cohen and Wallace Bernards wrote something for the time capsule. There weren’t a lot of people at the Sunday Rededication so everyone had time to share and reflect. Time Capsule Councilmember Kay Lasman highlighted some of the items that will be going in the time capsule. The committee approved the idea of having a separate time capsule plaque to go above the current plaque. The committee approved the words to go on the plaque. Councilmember Kay Lasman and Sue LaCrosse will go to Viking Trophies on Friday to pick out the plaque. The cost will be considerably less. Photo Vickie Schleuning took photos of the committee for the time capsule. Holly Weekend On Friday, December 2 the Capri Big Band will perform from 7-8:30 p.m. at the high school.
