OLD BUSINESS
Luther Update:

Cohen would like to set up this meeting during the next two weeks. A letter will go to David
Luther. There is a suggestion to add the armed services logos to the promotional materials.

contact him.

done, guests could be invited to it.

NEW BUSINESS
Walmart:
Dr. Duane Orn said he was directed to fill out the online form. However, we
could not get past the question, “Are you a 501(c)3”? Phil Cohen said we could offer them a
letter from the attorney regarding a donation to the City is tax deductible. Phil Cohen will draft a
letter saying that we would like to apply for a grant and cannot because of the 501(c)3 question.
He suggested we get a letter from Dan Jordet regarding the tax deductibility.
Update From Leonard Jacobson:
No update from Leonard Jacobson.
Adjourn:
The meeting was adjourned.
Respectfully Submitted,
Sue LaCrosse, Program Supervisor
