Request: Site and Bldg. Plan Approval
The applicant is seeking approval of a sixth speculative
indu,st,rial building with an area of 167,392 sq. ft. (compared
to 146,866 sa. ft. for Spec. Bldg. Pro. 5) .
Pa-:;A,.ing for Industrial and Warehousing would require 210 spaces,,-
415 spaces are provided. Given the requirei,..ients for office uses
(I space per 200 sq. ft.) r approximately 49% of the building
could be used for office type uses.
The Plans ap-
pear to be in order. we have had discussions with
the applicalit relat-Lve to the berming along 69th Avenue and
wit h. particular regard for the masonry wall indicated at the end
of the access drive. we will discuos this in more ,detail.

I. The exterior finish and color of the building shall
