In conjunction with this application, there i.s a pending matter
involving the site layout for the Office Tower 11 and the possible
rainifications of an upgrading of F.A.I. 94 anal T,H. 100.
The matter was discussed extensively at the April 18, 1974 meeting.
The Commiasion discussed a proposed agreement between S.C.I .P. and
the City which sets forth various options relative to providing adequate
parking for the sites in this area (particularly Office Tower 11 Phases
I and IX) in light Of possible acquisitibn of a portion of the land by
the Highway Department,
The Commission 's cons-ensus was that a covenant, expressing the terms

subject parcels to assure that the agreement would carry with the
properties, regardless of ownership.

amendments to Plans approved under Application No. 74004, involving
