It is suggested the Secretary assume the chair for purposes of electing officers. Upon elections the chairman should designate commissioner liaisons for the six neighborhood groups. Both wtare rezoned, frov! R-5 to R-3, by the City with the owner's concurrance In June, 1474. The development then proposed, a nevi of townhouses on each parcel facing both Eimerson and 671th, was approved but never materialized. The applicant represents a nevi development.
