The Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment approval is to incorporate the parcels' land area (1.77 acres) into the new Honda automobile dealership site, which is part of the approved 2011 Luther Auto Honda-Toyota Planned Unit Development, and includes the approval of a new site development plan to provide additional vehicle storage and parking area for the dealership.
