The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items. TYPE OF REQUEST: Rezoning and Planned Unit Development(PUD)Amendment PETITIONER: The Luther Company, LLLP PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: 4007, 4001 and 3955 - 69th Avenue North BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION: The Luther Company, LLLP is seeking approval to rezone the three identified parcels from R3 (Multiple Family Residence) District to PUC/C2 (Planned Unit Development/Commerce) District. The Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment approval is to incorporate the parcels' land area (1.77 acres) into the new Honda automobile dealership site, which is part of the approved 2011 Luther Auto Honda-Toyota Planned Unit Development, and includes the approval of a new site development plan to provide additional vehicle storage and parking area for the dealership.
